He holds a bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management from University of Sri Jayewardenapura & a Master’s degree in Entrepreneurship at University of Sri Jayawardanapura, and Registered Land Agent and Auctioneer at RIESA. Experienced with a demonstrated history of over 12 years working in the office and business with expertise in Human Resource, Marketing and Sales, Training and Development, Lecturing and Consultation, New Product development. As an Entrepreneur he won Best HR Entrepreneur Award in 2015., he was recognized as an Outstanding Young Sri Lankan Role Model for his inspirational entrepreneurial journey.

Indika, the Sole Trader of the AusCey Exchange, is a B. Sc. Business Administration Graduate with16 years of professional banking and finance experience in Sri Lanka (from1996 to 2012) until he migrated to Australia in 2012. Indika was working as a Branch Manager in Sampath Bank PLC. (Since 2006 to 2012) and handled several positions in the core retail banking and customer services areas. Further, he is immensely knowledgeable and experienced in handling foreign currencies, inward/ outward foreign remittances and preparing/ reporting compliance reports in several branches and departments in a Sri Lankan Licenced Commercial Bank, which ultimately lead him to launch his very own company in Australia as AusCey Exchange to serve the Sri Lankan Australian community in Australia.
